Did any of you good people on here ever answer ads in papers for cleaners or were your first clients from advertising yourselves?

I have never took a job on from a paper but i did take one from the job centre when i was really desperate and had only just started cleaning.  I still don't advertise other than a free one line entry in the yellow pages and yell.com plus sign writing on my car.  i have more work than i can handle.
