This is not a plug or a dig at John Kelly or the product.

But which company makes it.

How do I Know its safe to use on carpets .

What product Liability has it got.

I ask for two reasons .I Know nothing about the company.

Two from time to time we have joked and said we should start making a cleaning product, after all I do have two research scientists in the family.

But the drawback has always been testing, product liability and the biggest hurdle Motivation.

As I said this is not a pop but the thought just occurred to me when I checked out Restormate Web Site

Hi Ian, I fully understand your concerns. Nemesis is a trade name which we are allowed to use for a range of products. Nemesis carpet cleaner is a colloid cleaner manufactured in the US. The actual formula is a trade secret, however I have all the test results from this product and I am satisfied that it is perfectly safe and stands up to all the hype surrounding it.
A number of large plc's as well as the US military are using this product in various guises and do so because of its safe credentials.
We have sourced a new formula, again a colloid and this will be available from mid February. Again this has been tested and evaluated by a variety of different bodies before being released for general sale.
Obviously I can't give too much away regarding my supply.
I have liability as well and I would be very silly to sell anything which could end up coming back on me.
PS these products aren't new and have been around for over 30 years.

Ian, why bother developing anything new, just do what everyone else does, find  a product in another country  contact the seller and ask if you can import the concentrate (pointless importing water which probably is 95% of the ready-made product) then mix it here and sell.

no carpet cleaning chemical supplier in this country has developed  any new chemicals they have just copied something or are buying concentrate and mixing it themselves.

this is what I believe, but I might be wrong  ;)

The above make solution 2000 which is a colloid cleaner.

Collidal carpet cleaner 500ml bottle makes 213 gallons (806litres) of carpet cleaner. $14.00 for a 500ml sample bottle from the USA. At this price no wonder they use it to clean up oil slicks.

Thanks for your reply John and it shows what a true entrepreneur you are in searching out these products and marketing them in UK.
