right i dont suppose you've got any helpful tips that you could pass on, like what is the best way to clean the cars and how you are set up? what days do you find are best and if you dont mind me asking how many cars roughly do you get?

Quote

1  we have a drive through gazibo type thing
   2  two pressure washers
3  first man tfr the car lower
   4  second man pressure washes
5  third man soaps car by hand all over
6  fourth man pressure off soap
7  fith man leathers car dry
8  sixth man door shuts glass and mirrors collect money
im not saying you need six men but you get the gist £5 for a basic wash to come out of that is wages costs and of course rental on the space your using make sure you get a contract done volumes vary and are like the weather at full speed and a good crew 10 cars per hour is not out of reach but your not gettin that every hour we are at a plus cause we have a tesco superstore plus wicks homebase rover garage pub frankie and bennies all in the one complex plus passing trade as we are on the main trag into town flyer all houses in the town and give all the cars parked a liberal sprinkling of flyers give an incentive card to customers eg : but 6 washes  no 7 free tyre dressing bumper dressing etc etc all extra interior pet hair removal; etc etc make them come back and use you
you cant be affraid to speculate to accumilate ( hope i spelt that ok ) it takes a while to get on your feet as with anything good luck!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! ;D
