hi there

currently on a high level contract in leicestershire.

tuesday was windy
wednesday ok
today - nightmare gusts, no work allowed,

at a plant cost of £300 per day any delays are costly.

so i'm hoping that we can start again tomorrow.

dont need weather like this.

Worked everyday this week even with the strong wind and rain (Newton Abbot, Devon).

I've even managed to get a couple of jobs ahead of myself and took on 4 new jobs this week which i have also done.

I've had quite a good week this week which i am surprised at.

Got a quite easy day tomorrow ;D

This is my worst week since I started.  I think I've done about 200 quid tops; I can't even be bothered to add it up.

Chepstow was wet and windy again today!

This job can seem like the best job in the world at times.  On other occassions it's ruddy miserable.

I'm not even on £200 Tosh. Usually the last job of a friday is to bank the weeks takings ;D. But today I can't be bothered to drag up to Lloyd to pay in a bit of shrapnel >:(

Hoping next week things will be better for us all.

Good weekend

Yup, that's about what I've done too.

I think I was on about £180, and did about £20 today. >:(
Half of all that was because of shops.
Would have been little over £100 otherwise. ::)

Hey, I agreed with you Tosh!
You must have made sense...

Worst week for years. £421 and took a right battering earning it.
I was doing 3 storie town houses and my Unger Teleplus was like a snake.
Heres hoping for some decent weather next week. Dai

A couple of years after I started there was a week at the start of October when it chucked it down all day every day.  I remember the week because it was the first week of my accounting year.  I earned £5 or £10 that week.  It wasn't raining one morning so I went out and did one or two jobs.  That was my lot for the week.
Today has been OK in the southeast.  It got quite windy for a while and there was very light rain in the air for a while but I earnt fairly well today.

Done a lot better than expected this week now I've added up the days.  Around £470.  A lot of stop start in that though.  It's not been too pretty in the southeast but I think you've had it harder further west.
