I have never done one , but I would put something like.

How much you will charge.
How long the contract is for .
What notice you want if they want to cancel.
How often you will clean, I would list the dates then they know when you will be there next.
How payment is to be  made, cash / cheque, on day ,or x days from invoice.
When your next price rise will be .
As I say I have never had to do one.

HI  SHAMMY
DON'T FORGET TO INCLUDE  YOUR PAYMENT TERMS IF THEY WANT A CONTRACT IT SOUNDS LIKE THEY ARE ON THE BALL, JUST REMEBER ITS BINDING  BOTH WAYS ONCE YOU HAVE SIGNED

I don't think I would do a 'contract'; but I have done a 'statement of understanding' citing my cleaning frequency, cost and payment terms in the past.

If they seem like good commercial customers, I wouldn't go loading the contract too much in your favour and sounding too hard-headed.

I'm guessing you could be easily replaced.
