ever lasting strength for wfp work

now this is what i call exercise, just think we could wfp all day lol,  we could use this ball a few minutes a night, and we could have Popeye arms in no time  :lol: this could help stop rsi,  this item is no joke, it is really big all over the world,

The Powerball is the BEST thing ever to strengthen your arms and wrists, also for RSI etc...very good :)

I read this yesterday went on Amazon ordered it straight away. I've got RSI at the moment had it for 4 weeks very painful  :'(
