Had a load of new work started today, was cleaning someones windows when some lady asked "how much to do mine?" i said probably around £12 but i'll have a look when we've finished these. when i finished i had a look round. there was a tiny lean to and i said £14, she said she used to pay £8 and the most she'd pay is £12. I said "I'm here now so what the hell" we start cleaning, giving a good scrub as its a first clean. spent a while on it to impress her. just finishing up the back when she sticks her wrinkley head out and says "arn't you gonna get the moss of the roof? my last cleaner done it for me" i said "we can but its gonna cost you a load more money" she said "ok don't worry"
I said "if you don't mind me asking what happened to your last WC?"
She said "he got I'll"
I said "probably overworked and underpaid!"
she didn't look amused
we finish up the front, she paid her cash and said. thanks for that I'll see you in Spring!!!
I said your joking we don't do one offs. she said my daughter is coming over the weekend so i thought i'd have a spruce up...I could of planted my head into her pound puppie like face!!...so i walked off with my tail between my legs thinking I've just been screwed by a granny! cheeky cow!! my own fault for not pointing out before i started...she must of caught me with my gaurd down
when she asks next spring guess what the answer will be?!
