Multi Sprayer Problem
« on: October 27, 2006, 05:40:48 pm »
Hi Guys,
I`v got a problem with this sprayer, only had it a short while. http://www.worldofclean.co.uk/index.php?productID=291

When I bought it I was surprised it didnt come with a mains charger.
You can only charge it from fAg lighter in the van  :-\

Well it ain't happening. Not sure if its getting enough charge from the lighter or it`s
knacked. Starting to think money would have been better spent on a good pump up.

Any help appreciated as always.

Cheers

Hi I had same prob with mine after about 6 months ,sent it back and Nick fixed it.
Dont use it for spraying Solugard as it blocks and knackers the pump.

Paul,

is that the case with all protection?, or is sologuard solvent, so water based ok?

i was thinking of getting one of them too Rab, i thought i'd get the 240v corded one though.

maybe just swap it for the corded one Rab? im sure solutions do that for you.

No Just Solugard as I found it to crystalise and block all holes.I use it now in a 500ml plastic hand sprayer with a fine mist head. The sprayer blocks up after a couple of uses so you then have to use a new one.

Yeah Lee, been in touch. will try charging from another vehicle over the weekend.

Hi Craig, the reason I bought the battery one, is it`s something less to plug in.
In a small flat it`s too easy to get tangled up, what with the vacuum, agitator and machine.
Hand pump failed today, so looks like I`m pre spraying from the wand tomorrow.

Vacuum? whats that ;D

for protection i use a gloria sprayer and a fluorochemical, a little tip is when finished spraying is to put a piece of plastic bag over the nozzle with a elastic band and your have no blocked jets! you can store the protection in the sprayer then.

ps. i know thats a different problem to what you refer to Paul.

pps. have a look here; these are brillent pump up's i got the 7ltr off ebay £30 last ages! top quility.
