Can't help with approaching them but what i will say is the ones that have contacted me are only interested in paying the minimum wage.  And as you know end of tenancy cleans can be really hard work and most certainly worth more money!!

Hi,

Call them first and ask to speak to whoever deals with the service you are offering, find out if they would like you to send them your details. Some agents are quite happy with the contractors already on there books so basically a quick call gives you an idea or not as to whether your wasting your time.

Once you have a contact who would be interested in your service just send them a basic letter referring to your conversation blah blah, enclose  a business card and your in!

A few days later call them back just to make sure they received everything and is there anything you can do for them at the moment.

Good luck

Rob.
