I just wanted to say a public thank you to Paul Moss who very kindly gave up his entire Sunday to teach me rug cleaning and many marketing tips.

It amazes me how much the internet has changed our industry. When I started carpet cleaning you only met other cleaners at your suppliers and you had to twist there arm to even get them to talk to you. They certainly wouldn't have given you any tips.

Hi

I would happily stab any carpet cleaner within 2 miles of me.

But can be fairly amiable with one 20 miles away.
