New Truckmount at last !
« on: September 15, 2006, 08:04:39 pm »
Following my last post (not my usual style) i just want to say thank you to Phil and Dan at Prochem and Chris and Nigel at Hugh Crane's cleaning equipment for the excellant service in providing and installing my blazer truckmount.

Service was second to none all round and i'm very pleased with the new setup.

Also thanks to John Kelly at Restormate for the efficient delivery of the hose ramp and other bits and pieces.

Its restored my faith in cleaning suppliers.
Matt

I would agree with you there, Dan even spent the day showing us how to use the T/m and they are allways  there for you when you need to ask advice,  I dont think there are many suppliers out there that offer the back up and service that Prochem do.

Hi Matt,

Nice one on the new t/m.

Have to agree with you on the service at hugh crane, I'm in there quite often and the service is second to none.

If its okay with you perhaps I could come on all the way over to sunny Norwich ;D and see what the blazer is like and see what I'm missing out on. Or if you're ever in my neck of the woods (sunnier Yarmouth) give me a bell (07721 827163) and I'll come and see you.

Kind regards,
Jason.

Well done Matt I will have to come over and have a look! I had  bad experience at hugh cranes they took my ninja as a pump was leaking, kept it for 7 days saying they were to busy to look at it even though they promised within 2 days, I ended up ordering a pump from woodbridge - next day delivery and had to fit myself. Hugh Cranes are generally very good but service guy a bit of a waste of time!

Catch up soon

Carl

I'll put your number in my phone Jason and when i'm up to speed and have a rental job lined up i'll give you a bell.

Good to hear from you again Carl, hows the franchising going ? Saw you were expanding down to Cambridge ....getting big ! Are you still carpet cleaning in Norwich ? We'll have to get together soon to catch up.

I'm on day two of using the truckmount now and there is a lot to get used to but i am impressed with the power and heat compared to the porty,12 years with a portable means i have a few habits i need to break !

Hi Matt

Not doing many carpets as to busy with franchising, I have 2 carpet cleaning franchises operating near Holt and sheringham, cromer, we dont get much in Norwich we get more from our localised leaflet drops in villages - easier to park!!

We have 8 domestic cleaning franchises now but are about to go National (fingers crossed) with the franchising guys in surrey St, worth a go any way cost me alot of money to get the glossy brochures and business plans, manuals done - now spend most my time listening to franchisee's whinging rather than clients. Catch up soon

Carl

Hi Matt,

Thanks for the reply, looking forward to meeting up and seeing the beast at work!

Hi Carl,

You're in my neck of the woods also!

Glad things are going well for you, sounds like business is booming.

Sorry to hear about your bad exerience at hugh cranes. They've always been good for me especially with problems with machinery probably because I bought from them.

I've also recently been using Terry at TK's in Yarmouth (01493 658899). Really nice and helpful bloke that used to work as an engineer at hughs for 10+ years. Branched off on his own a while ago. Drop in and get problems sorted there and then, reasonable rates and definately knows his stuff too.

Kind regards,
Jason.
