Has anyone else delt with them.  I took out a add this year the biggest in my area. im in the fleet basingstoke book and guildford. It was suppose to be over 2 grand for both but yellow pages really f**ked it up. I asked for some ghost numbers to be put on the add and also paid extra for them. I also changed the image because there one was poor, also put on the add two images of before and after gutter clean. They then sent me a prove wot i was very happy with. but after it was printed they noticed it was the old add. so now im stuck with a add i didnt like. i phoned them argued on the phone and got it all for free.

CC,

Yes they are a waste of time, they cant spelllll,
one of our adds was not even in the book, and the response is not worth the outlay, we will never again advertise will yell.

me i done a small add, dead simple and kinda crude i reckon, usuall wording and my logo, it has more than paid for itself. i would recomend it, but so long as you are prepared  to lose mony on it addvertising is over rated some times it kind of hit or miss.
