selling work

hi need sum help plz.im thinking of selling half my work but dont know how 2 go about it or how much 2 ask 4.it brings in around £1700 a month about 200 houses in the edinburgh area.any help would b gr8 thank u.

Hi DRS,

Best thing to do is look on this forum at other postings where work is being sold.

The normal is to ask in the region of 2 - 4 times the value of your work.

Like I said, have a look on this site for better guidance.

hi drs i will be in at 5 oclock. :) the way it happens her in fife is monthly u2x it two weekly u 3x it. so if its monthly it would be £3400....if its two weekly it would be £5100.but ther agin it would be what u want for it.i worked over ther for a bit.if its good work and good priced then maybe it would be worth more.

hi m8 so im not far off wot your saying.got an idea of wot its worth worked hard 2 build a decent round.my work is in sections so dont have 2 jump in n out of van all day dont do scattered. therefore saving time n money i think that values it alot.also all good payers non payers get struck off...

all private houses not council....silverknowes,sighthill,kirkliston,gilmerton,morningside,east craigs and some in midlothian.
