Yes - use 'gardinerpolesystems' 'EZ snap microbore connections on your pole hose situated at the base of your pole-it will do the job as these are very small, narrow connections which would ride up inside the pole when extended.
You may have to dip the cut ends of your pole hose into boiling water to soften the plastic whilst your fitting on your EZ-snap connections and you would have to ensure that you push the hose on as tight as it will go to prevent it coming off by accident. It's a rather fiddly job but it will do what your after.
