vermin

Silly question. I know there are various types of cleaners. I met someone recently and they thought I was their competition I told them we did really dirty houses in particular a few from social services and she said she only did high end cleans - whatever that means really!

My question is in these grimy houses we are cleaning we are often in situations where we have to clean up vermin. Am wondering does one charge more or extra for this?

We have not yet found the dead body to clean but dead animals i.e. cat, dog, hamster, bird are also occaisionals. Additionally we have clients who are elderly and have pets. The clients can barely get around to care for themselves and so imagine what having pets adds to the picture. We are finding we are doing more cleaning up after the pets than the clients i.e. picking up hairballs, dog poo, cat urine soaked newspapers. Any suggestions about these situations?

Thanks
