Roof cleaning prices
« on: October 28, 2023, 07:05:57 pm »
I have been jetwashing for a few years I normally charge per day price

I have got the kit for roof cleaning and did mine and relatives but pricing per mtre is quite high in fact it's a lot higher than if I charge  a day rate
How are you charging
Can you give some sort. Of example

Pricing depends on a few factors - access ie mewp required and will it fit - pitch - is it age to rope access off - material - slate, clay, concrete, other - distance from unit - we have done roof work 100 miles from base. ISA skip required - how much Lea down is there - conny or carport - is the garden going to need cleandown

So how long did it take you on your house?

Then I would base a small roof on 2 days work but add 50% because its bespoke work

I start my roofs at £800 + VAT for a semi bungalow with no high access required ( this takes my guys approx 3 hrs + a further 2 to 3 hours clear up ) high access is +£400 ( 1 day )

and the price goes up accordingly depending on size ( all those bar 1 on the what have you cleaned today thread were done in a day)

Good Luck
Darran
