could anyone suggest or put me in the right dircetion for a good pressure wahing machince with good pressure psi, hot/cold ect that will work effecting on high level cladding cleaning

How high are you talking about?

I have experienced some loss of pressure if you go above 40ft or so, but my 3000psi machine still copes quite nicely with the height.

You can pick these up pretty reasonably from a number of places.  There is bound to be someone local to you, but don't know where you are so can't really help with the sourcing of the machine sorry!
