Hi Guys,

Out of interest, what would you have quoted?

I don't do much commercial work, but yesterday quoted, (and got) the following:

1st floor office/boardroom/landing, 92 sqm total, brand new installation of loose fitted Carpet synthetic tiles with Decorators/plasterers dust todden in (only very light). Concrete sub floor.  Looks like a very easy job with poss' only a prevac and straight extract.

Thanks to all those that voted.

I quoted £395.60, less 20% discount due to clear access, light soiling etc.  Total £316.48    .

I'm sure they'd have gone with it anyway even if I hadn't offered the disc' 

Maybe I got lucky eh!!
