I couldn't find any 4 way T connectors on Flea bay so got them from a WFP supplier that supplied my pole in July this year.

£19.95 from rip off Gardiner poles! Bought many poles from there in the past including a 25ft SLX in July along with a 4 jet rinse bar brush but T-bar connector snapped last week. Was expecting Gardiners to at least suggest normal postage instead of almost £6 for Fedex for something that could be put in normal size ziffy bag!

Did you order them online?
Tbf, Gardiners will post in a Jiffy bag for smaller orders if you ask.
At least they used too!!

Rather than trying to 'rip off' our valued customers we do actually try to provide value for money  :) The downside of mail order is that goods do cost to pack and transport and when over a certain value (£10) we will always use insured and tracked FedEx service.

If you are happy with a potentially slower and less reliable service then you can always ring and ask us to send out by Royal Mail and this would have saved you about £3+VAT on the order.

Also, how did your 4-way T connector break? These T connectors are usually very robust and most customers never need to replace them during a brush’s entire life.

If your 4-Way T connector broke during standard use (standard non-modified pole with no univalve fitted) then you can contact us and we may well be able to replace this for you under warranty and refund the cost of the part.
