Do you recognise your customers away from their house?
« on: July 05, 2019, 01:38:56 pm »
I was loading the van back up from finishing a customer and a couple was walking by, on the opposite side of the road. They say hello, so I smile and say hello back.
Then she says, the money is on the table round the back for you.........  ;D
So at this point I realise they are a customer and now I have to figure which customer she is, which I texted last night to say I was coming 😁😁

Even better when you bump into one that never paid or messed you about.

Happpened myself when out having a pub meal.  Sat opposite and when they noticed they went bright red and avoided eye contact.  Spent the rest of the night looking uncomfortable  ;D

I don’t know what half of my customers look like! Quote online or when they’re in work, they pay online so we’ve never met  :-\

I only recognise the fit ones.  Its a shame they never recognise me.  It's only the ugly ones that give me a wave and a smile if I see them  :D

I had to stop going to a village café for my lunch, the problem was that around lunch time the wifies from the old folks home would descend on the place, any that and were due me money would try to pay me. I'd end up confused angry and afraid.

They all look the same to me.

I do recognise a lot of customers, weather they are walking along or in a car, but never remember there names but can always put an address to the face.
Strange, I don't quite get it. ::)roll
