hi all, competitors calls really annoy me,

i dont phone other c/c ers, so why they hav to phone me wasting my time asking silly questions!
anyway i like to be able to better spot these as it can put me off selling when i feel its a competitor, what are the most common phrases they use, the ones i know are,
'what do i get for that price'
ask location, 'oh im just phoning around for qoutes'
'whats your avaiblity'
any helpful advice spotting these is appreciated,
