Pure water through a scaled up heater
« on: July 30, 2018, 07:06:32 am »
If I pump pure pure water through a diesel heater that is scaled up from heating normal water in a hard water area would the scale massively contaminate  the water so it’s no longer pure?

or would it not be in the burner long enough to dissolve the scale? I can see how if it’s at in the heater over night it has time to become contaminated but what about the few seconds it passes through when in use
