NCCA Hands On Experience

An exciting new venture for the NCCA is the NCCA Hands On Experience to be held from 09.00am on Monday 18th September 2006 at:

The Goodyear Pavilion Sports & Social Club
Stafford Road
Wolverhampton
WV10 6DH

The day will be an opportunity for everyone to have a hands on experience of real world carpet cleaning using a variety of Low Moisture and Very Low Moisture (0Dry Powder Extraction) carpet cleaning systems. We will also be using  many different Pile Lifting dry vacuuming machines so that everyone will have the opportunity to experience a wide variety of equipment.

I will be making an announcement in due course of exactly which systems will be used, but it is anticipated that most of the leading brands will be there.

The cost per delegate will be £15 inc V.A.T.  or £10 inc V.A.T for NCCA Members. This fee includes a buffet lunch.

All bookings should be made via the NCCA Office on 0116 271 9550

Safe and happy cleaning :)
Ken

Do you have any technical queries about your machine?
Do you require any of your equipment to be P.A.T. tested?

Trevor Ives will there and anyone who wants a PAT test can leave it with him on the morning.  The charge will be £5 per machine (or more if you're feeling generous) and ALL the proceeds will be going to charity www.primrosehospice.org/

Perhaps if you have some old kit or consumables you don't need, if there's enough interest we can have a "Back of the van" sale or even an auction ;D

Safe and happy cleaning :)

How easy it to navigate the Motorways early in the morning to get to Wolverhampton.

It's sooooo easy to get there Ian.

M6   J10a
M54  J2

A449 Stafford Road towards Wolverhampton, about 3 mins on left side.

OK, The traffic will be busy, it always is almost all over the country.

We'll be starting off at 09.00 working straight through a real world clean which has to be completed for almost immediate occupation afterwards.  Visitors will be able to see how quick LM cleaning is, even on challenging carpets like these.  By doing this, any late arrivals will not be disadvanteged.

Afterwards, without time pressure, we will be able to go through more methodically and allow others to do the work for us ;)

Safe and happy cleaning :)

Yes Len

It was a superb venue for the SDO.  Lots of room for parking, lots of carpet for cleaning, good buffet and, I believe, the bar is open at lunch time (that's the carpet we've got to clean first)

As for the traffic islands, I know there are some on that road, but unlike you I had better things to do than count them ;)

Look forward to seeing you all there.

Safe and happy cleaning :)
