anyone use quick books?

Hi everybody just like to know how you keep accounts, I see quickbooks looks pretty good and maybe this along with cleaner planner could be a good option.

We used Window Cleaning Pro.   There a few similar programmes that do the same job.
You basically input all your customer details, and it plans when the cleaning is due, how much they owe etc etc.
End of year you do a printout or cd and give it to your accountant.

Hope that makes sense.

I use quick books over year now .Very good and easy .Recomended

Numbers spread sheet with formulas

And various catorigries, done monthly and then given to accountant

I use a program called Manager for my accounts. Its free and stand alone so no security risks to hackers. https://www.manager.io/

Im dead against 'cloud' enabled software, but you can also go for the cloud enabled software should you so wish.
