Just wondering how any of you fellow vision technicians find help, i have had people in the past but always find it time consuming training and checking there standard is up to Scratch and of course reliability, didn't know if people advertise experience required and were successful finding anyone, cheers

i was lucky , i found one after my hernia,    decent lad, experienced, advertised , got lots of replies,   non experienced,   no good  to take on.

a lot just use you now to put on there weekly job search regardless of wanting work or not,   can you do a 40 jobs a week job search,  every week.     nightmare being on dole now.
