i always take a packed lunch and flask! 20-30 mins and then im back at it usually...........ive not even started today yet.i think im going to sack the day off and start fresh tomorrow!

Looks bloomin good though. :-([/quoteHi mate my daughter of 17 was diagnosed with Coeliacs about 10 years ago.Once you get your head around what you can and can't have its not to bad,but obviously not ideal,at least it's a disease that can be controlled with the correct diet.Before my daughter was diagnosed they did tests for ,cystic fibrosis,lukemia,crones disease,so when we told it was Coeliacs we were relieved.My daughter finds it hard at times and gets upset that she can't eat what she wants to eat,Good luck
