Gardiner clamp.
« on: March 01, 2017, 06:59:44 pm »
Having loads of trouble with my clamps. Every day I have to nip it up a bit. Today I ran out of thread and it snapped.
Had a new clamp, but couldn't decide where the spring goes?
This pole is les than a year old, I think. I have a larger SLX, that's 3 years old and never have to touch it

Hi Duncan

I have looked up your account log - I think this must be the pole that was bought back in February last year - is that right?

Drop me an email on alex@gardinerpolesystems.co.uk and I can look at exactly what the issue is, as well as perhaps help in putting the lever sets on to the clamp in the correct way.
