I've bought 2 Steampro Powerplus plus all the other gadgets. I will probably look to invest in a t/m after a year depends on how well things are going.
The reason I chose Prochem over all overs is
1. The Steampro looks modern
2. Is easy to work on if need be (seen it demonstrated)
3. Is quiet compared to others (so they tell me)
4. Company has good reputation & returned all my calls & emails promptly
5. Training good
6. Chemicals good
7. They have local distributor on Island that stocks parts/chemicals etc which will keep my costs down
Extracta were good in responding to my requests but I think their machines look dated and are heavy and they are in Newcastle which is along way from me. I would have spent just as much money in carriage charges as I would supplies.
Ive emailed Ashbys twice and phoned and left message once 3 weeks ago saying that I was interested in knowing more about the Ninja. As of todays date no one has got back to me, not even an email. Machine is more powerful but if im not guaranteed the back up service case something goes wrong then Im not going to invest with them.
Im happy to start off with 100psi & 2 vacs and progress from there.
Anyone from Ashbys reading this will note that you have just lost out on a £8k sale. Silly billies!
Regards, Andy
