« on: December 15, 2016, 05:32:03 pm »
Hello

Been asked to tender for a contract for upvc cleaning of houses in London
This is to clean all upvc window frames, clean windows and door.

A standard terrace house in London what would you charge ?

No when you mentioned London I was talking about the house prices as a joke.

When you say upvc clean do you mean the exterior, interior or both including shuts on the frames aswell?

Lol

No it's all upvc external frames and the front door.

Also windows.

I know my price for a single house but on multiple not sure of the discount i would give

Myself I would not discount for multiple properties no matter how large the contract was.
You obviously know what the going rate is in your own area so best you don't go in too low or you may regret it if you won the contract.
