Not got one. However, if it's as light as they claim and as sturdy as it's big brother it should be a good bit of kit.
My main bugbear with its big brother was it's weight, weighing in at almost as much as a barrel of water. There's not much you can do about the weight of a barrel of water but there is with the trolley. I've worked on mine to make it lighter and at nearly half it's original weight it is now much better to work with. I do prefer a folding handle over a sliding one though. But that's just me.

Thanks for that. I currently use a Gardiner back pack strapped to an Einhell trolley.
Backpack is brilliant, could do with the extra couple of litres water and I get through about 3 trolleys a year, the wheel bearings go.
Like the features of the pure freedom one. I use the backpack all the time, it suits me and I could never manage hoses!
Next time something breaks down I will probably go for the new trolley.

I think a number of us use the gardner back pack strapped to a trolley.
I like it, its quiet for my liking and nice n compact. The trouble i have is same as yourself, finding a good trolley. I plan on adapting one when i have more free time (near on impossible with a 7mnth old n 2yr old).
The purefreedom ones look brilliant. But the price for just the trolley is steep. For me, that puts me off

It's often the initial outlay which is the off putting bit I agree, but they are very robust. I worked solidly with my first PF trolley for nearly eight years. Only thing I replaced was batteries and  wheels when it needed it. There aren't many backpacks and cheap sack trucks that will last that long. In fact the only reason I bought a new one was that the old one was getting shabby.  My business could afford it so I replaced it. It's still in my shed and I bet if I took it to a local paint shop they could have it looking as good as new for a few quid.

Bottom line is that the gardiner backpack is superb.
For me, its a bit like having a hobby! You always look to have kit thats the best.
I like the rigidity of the trolley, the 100 psi pump, digital flow controller etc.
I can afford a nano and I might treat myself for Christmas. Hey ho.

I have the Nano trolley, it's a lot easier to get in and out of the van than it's predecessor, they have  saved a bit of weight by making the base for the barrel a lot smaller so the barrel is a really snug fit, so you have to be carefull where you source barrels from. The only niggle I have with it is that there is a slight delay from when I pull on the uni-valve until the pump delivers the water. Other than that it's a really good robust, light trolley. I use a 16 litre backpack carried by the handle for any areas not suitable for the trolley.

The delay is caused by the controller. I had the same controller on mine and it drove me nuts. I got so fed up with it I removed it and put my original PF one on. A simple analogue PWM one. Instant response. Perfect. It's a shame they don't still make them. I know they still make an analogue version but I believe it has the same delay as the digi ones

Hi got the Nano 3 weeks ago, the difference in price is the battery as it's a lithium ion and will most likely last 5 years and I only charge it once a week! super light as well.

Looks good for me.
The price can be accepted with better designed trolley, more water, higher pump and better battery.
Barrels not a problem as I fill from a tank in the vehicle.
Delay in flow ok as once off I now fly round between windows. I used to be able to kink  my hose but now cant do it with the gardiners yellow, which is a great hose.
Saw you could have remote control for the flow -  wonder if thats any good?
Thanks for your comments guys very helpful.

Hi.
In reply to jk999.
I use the Nano between 4 to 7 hours per day.
Its a Lithium Ion battery and Pure Freedom advise you charge every time you use it.
But it takes days for the voltage to drop.
The battery only needs charging once a week IMO and that's what I do.
You can take the battery out of the trolley in a few seconds if you don't want to take the trolley out your van.
Its so light and robust and again IMO a first class bit of equipment.
It takes me along time to post as I don't look on here every day!

If you looking for longevity I would say a pf trolley would outlast any chepo china crap  backpack sprayer by many years.
Also a pf trolley can be used static in a van too connected to a van tank so you have the best of both.
