Warmest Waterproof Gloves Available
« on: October 12, 2016, 10:16:44 pm »
Okay, it's coming up to that time of year and I'm looking for a Christmas present for Wor Lass.

I'm thinking of some extra toastie waterproof work gloves; she's only little and small dogs feel the cold the hardest.

So can anyone recommend the warmest gloves possible?

Thanks in advance.

I used these last year (from Screwfix):

I try however to avoid  WFPing with gloves as much as possible since they can attract grit which gets onto & inside the poles. With bare hands you can feel the grit & make sure it doesn't get inside your poles.

these gloves are amazing... for ice climbing so really cosy, waterproof, and you've still got fine motor control

skytech argon from screwfix or b and q are cheap and keep hands warm(although the backs of them are not waterproof).(£6)

the best ive found tosh are glacier "perfect curve"gloves(with nitrile glove liners underneath).hands warm, dry and toasty.only used on really cold freezing days.i get mine from the windowclean centre.(£20) :)
price higher/work harder!

I use merino wool gloves under a waterproof. If they do get wet, they still keep you warm and toasty... I've never had cold hands since I was introduced to them, and I'm in the frozen north😊.

Showa 490. My fingers get painful with the cold and these are the warmest. Thick rubber on the outside and fleece inside.
