Does not the supplier offer advice of the best way to fit them then?

Just looking at the pic looks like the jet and body of the fitting would need to be countersunk into the brush stock otherwise may come into contact with the surface when the bristels of the brush starts to flatten out.

If you don't get any joy from the supplier then best have a play with a scrap bit of wood or a knackered old brush the same thickness of the stock you want to fit them into first. Idealy you want the right size counter sunk hole and depth to set the jets correctly into the stock and a smaller hole to take the bard depending if the stock is thick enough to do both. If not then I guess you would need to drill one big hole and araldite them in would be your next option to try.

Next depending on the spray width you may have to remove more bristles from the brush too so they can work properly.

I just drilled the holes out to a larger diameter to push fit them in to the stock - the drill bit I used ( can't remember size ) may have been a little on the large size so had to use a bit of araldite so they stayed in place . A gardiners brush stock is not deep enough for counter sinking to be of any use for these jets. They will protrude when bristles are splayed but have not had any issues in the last 12 months use - you would have to apply a lot of pressure in any case but just be aware of it.
Standard jet hose is not going to fit over the barbs, even warmed up in hot water I could not get them on. I had to use a short length of pole hose on them and then barbed reducers down to jet hose diameter.

As per Barry ^^^^

;D I see Barry was shocked at the price but he bought some. There is also a link to the black inserts.

I fitted them into a Gardiner Superlite brush for the wife a few years ago.  They protrude out of the bottom of the stock by about 8 or 9mm. Never done any damage as far as I'm aware.

I don't like them so the brush is just on the van.
