Coming back into the industry
« on: May 22, 2006, 11:03:28 am »
Hi guys

I found this forum about a week or so ago now & haven't stopped reading.

My question  - i working in the carpet cleaning (cleaning ) industry back about 8 years ago  - which, @ the time we used a floor scrubber with bonnets & a detergent solution attached to the scrubber.

Then we would use an extractor machine with a rinse solution making the ph levels neutral - this always gave a top quality clean with no complaints - this is what i know also.

Can you tell me which are the best machines to use for this as cannot remember the name - it's been a few years  ;D

Thanks guys - i'm sure i will have more questions & i know this is the place to get them answered  - cheers

The problem is every one will give you a diffrent answer.

You need the best machine you can afford.  Look at Scorpion, Ashbys, Prochem, CFR Extracta,

If you use the serach facilities you will find lots of comments on all of them.

Another Factor could be where you live, who is the nearest supplier who can repair machines.

Do not forget Marketing and finding Customers is expensive.

I am told it is harder now than 10 years ago.
