Opinions wanted on new gutter vacs
« on: May 06, 2016, 10:53:40 am »
My old Omnivac is now knackered so it's time to look at a new set up
Hoping for something with lighter pole sections than my old alluminium ones.
Looking at camera too

Any  feedback on what you are using would be appreciated.

If it's just the motor head gone then you could buy something like this and just swap the motor head over.
http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/WET-AND-DRY-VACUUM-VAC-CLEANER-INDUSTRIAL-80LTR-3000W-STAINLESS-STEEL-/331693725120?hash=item4d3a7c95c0:g:1xQAAOSw~bFWMPHk

That's the same vac I use just with the motor head taken off it and put on an old original 4200 watt Omni gutter vac drum.

Most suppliers will sell carbon poles kits seprate too

I found replacement motors on the bay, Had one blow a couple of years ago so, bought another two as back up. If you do get a new one, I might be interested in the knackered one, need the dust bag and the motor cover.

Cheers

Rob.
