Ramps
« on: April 25, 2016, 05:32:59 pm »
Hi, I've just bought a transit custom and was wondering if anyone knows the best place to get some ramps to fit for my pressure washer, if I pick it up anymore, I think I'll be out of action with back problems  ;)

Look on ebay for the disabled ramps that fold up.
Starts at the bottom likes it and stays there

Haven't you had the custom for nearly a year now Matt? - anyway I use aluminium folding ramps got them off eBay, approx £40 each ( well they were a couple of years back )

Don't get the steel ones they weigh more than the pressure washer!
Make sure you check the load limit,. The cheaper ramps take up to 200kg.

We use the aluminium folding disabled ramps.  They are lightweight, they fold, interlock and take 300kg.  They are designed for getting disabled scooters on and off vehicles
