Hi rob!

How big is the house? and as it had an initial "first clean" or "builders clean"
3-4 bed, i would charge around 2 or 3 hours and depending what your hourly rate is.

it should take you about  1- 2 hours or  may be less all depends how quick and good you our, if your doing it yourself price the job as if you our employing some one  . between £30-£40 pounds you will not go wrong.

good luck
