Somebody started a thread pole n brushes and enquired about the phoenix pole.
I gave my opinion after purchasing the 22 pro.  It depends on ur work, they are stronger than fibre glass, even when each section is extended, but they do have plenty of flex as well tho. So dont fully extend each section, but i found this to be too much faff and hardly get it out now. Advantage to me is the shortness of collapsed length.
The clamps are great however, dont have a problem there,
I use carbon now. If your use to fibreglass, then its an improvement for you, but if your wanting close to 30ft reach i would spend that little extra on a carbon pole. I went with the (above link) v2

Trying to get as long as possible for not much, most of mine is 2 and 3 floors but lots of solar pannels going up so, they will need a clean in guessing

Sounds similar to my work.
Im still toying with idea of solar panel cleaning, my areas also seams to be having a growth in residents using them. A long angled gooseneck defo needed, but you would certainly benefit from a carbon pole for the height n stability needed. Gardiner's poles are only a fraction more than price of the hybrid (pending where buying the phoenix from) and many rave that they are really the best poles.

lots of customers dont want their solar panels cleaning more than once a year and if there on a 2 storey roof you ll need a good quality high mod carbon pole at least 45ft which are over a grand to buy new.

for a regular day to day residential pole you wont go far wrong with a 22ft or 25ft SLX.if you can afford it though go for the xtreme versions.

dont scrimp on poles.most of us have done in the past and its false economy.you want the lightest,most rigid pole you can afford.

Got one old one now , Two good poles got about £800 ready, then long and cheap for the panels etc
