I can see water running on the ledges. I've found that running water can remove certain operations from your brain. Like the ability to use a cloth instead.

I've heard it said that scouse window cleaners need to carry and use a sander, do you need to carry a roll of tape ?!  ;D

I would not even attempt to clean glass on wooden frames looking like that using trad let alone using wfp.

Raving bonkers springs to mind  ;D

It looks like the glass is secured to the frame with gaffer tape!

Indeed and I've seen better windows than that in scrap yards.
They are more in a desperate need of a dg replacement window than a window cleaner if you ask me.
That window must be so drafty and leak like mad so the mind boggles as to why it's still been cleaned.
