Angle Adapter Stuck in Pole

I have a quick loQ angle adapter on the end of my slx 22  it has the old type clamps. Iv undone the top clamp and slackend it right of and i cant pull it out from the end iv tried twisting it it is rock solid any idears please.

The best way of separating these is to twist the jammed gooseneck out of the top of the section. To do so remove the top half of the gooseneck and the lever. Then  put an adjustable spanner on the flat part of the gooseneck (the part with triangular teeth) and twist the gooseneck around and it will pull out - as per the attached photo.

maby try puting it in hot water for a few seconds then twist

Then  make sure you sand it down I sanded the grooves of completely never had an issue since.
