I find the Skytec gloves to big for my small hands , So just ordered 2 pairs of Showa 306's  as they do a smaller size and are breathable also ordered  some silk glove liners .

Bless...girly hands springs to mind but still I would not like to be on the receiving end of a knuckle sandwich unless you punch like a girl too  ;D

Ha ha I have nerve damage which means my hands can go ice cold pretty quick once temps drop below 10 degrees so girly gloves for me .   :-*

Showa 460. Tough as nails. £14 a shot like, but yeah. Good

used these plus another set of expensive Showa and find they dont keep hands warms at all. Last ones were for cold store working but i found once chill got on hands that was it.

Showa 306 got some last week, awesome gloves, perfect for the job, waterproof, seem hard wearing and are easy to take on and off when getting  in and out the van . Gives good grip holding your pole but you need a cloth to reel your hose back

showa 377(worn most of the year round)waterproof

skytech argon(for cold weather)semi waterproof

glacier "perfect curve"(for really cold weather)waterproof

all these gloves are worn with nitrile glove liners underneath to prevent  hands from smelling.the glaciers are the warmest for sub zero temperatures.
price higher/work harder!

Showa 306's top gloves and breathable no stinky sweaty  hands so thermal glove liners can be worn .

I rarely use gloves even on the coldest of cold days -2 I would use one or two pairs of latex gloves.

However! I am starting to get one Cold finger. It could be

So I have decided to wear gloves now to protect hands.

Smoking and hammer drills when I was younger was the cause I am guessing.

You want these. http://www.amazon.co.uk/gp/product/B0090MTD2K?psc=1&redirect=true&ref_=oh_aui_detailpage_o00_s00

Just looking at the picture of the  306s, it was apparent that they wouldn't be hard wearing.

After reading this post a while ago I bought myself a couple of pairs of skytech argon gloves. They are spot on for wfp work. I've got myself a cheap pair of ski gloves from sports direct for the really cold days also.
