Looking for a hand Telescopic poles up to 5 metre which one shall I go need a good quality one

B&Q have one mate,
Well they have a few, I use there small blue one that extends for lower level trad and have a silver one of there's that extends out 3 times and is about 5m for any thing a bit higher
