the tiles in the photo have been exposed to outside elements when the old wooden conservatory was taken down and a new one put in its place.
the customer has tried steam cleaning and also used fired earth wax on them so the wax will need to be removed prior to ant cleaning / restoration work which i need advice on how to proceed
