Don't know where you got the picture but it looks a good system for a large job such as the back of an apartment block etc definitely  better than most trolley setups that are on here.

Those types of wfp trolleys come in handy for inner courtyards etc when you can't go running hoses about from a van mount through buildings etc. Still you can make your own quite simply as one or two have done so already on here for specific tasks.
However I don’t think that type of trolley would be ideal instead of using say a van mount for regular work as a van mount would be a lot less hassle to use.
