Transferring system took about 20 mins including emptying tank so I could lift it in and out

Mike

I thought the van should have had a system fitted like Alexandra swan
That's what your paying for

Bit confused about the policy
They advertise system fitted

My system in the van is bolted down , are you saying I would have to take mine out and fit it in a another van with ratchet straps
I cannot make holes in hire van?

I've had three replacement wfp courtesy vans from a-plan  in the last three years.

Each had a 650 litre pure freedom system fitted.

Mine is ratcheted in totally safe in the load bed of a double cab pickup

Before questions start flying their is dunnage  down each side hefty timbers basically took advise of brother inlaw who worked in transport in the army for over 20yrs

Bryan I could have had a van with a fully fitted system or a pickup with a trailer system .

A Lwb transit wouldn't go under the arch into the courtyard  entrance to my house .

And I can't tow a trailer as I passed my test after June 1999 which means I can't legally tow a trailer in a commercial vehicle unless a go for training and pass the trailer test .

So I asked if I could just have a double cab pick up and explained why and they sorted it

Brillant customer service...nice one

Those residential archways for access in large vans  for parking  are a real pain in the arse for sure.
