Internal clean. 10 years worth of pigeons muck in an old unit floor is 300 sqm air quality is bad although there is a barn door for access. Respiratory is definitely required and will need to kill off all known diseases.
Price thoughts?

Matt.

Dirty job mate, face mask goggles ear plugs and a paper suit comes to mind,

I think double what your hourly rate is for pressure washing mine is £40 ph, so £80 ph makes any job worth doing......... But don't tell custard that just explained you need to spend more in chemicals to make it safe

Its called guano, hourbours 60 known diseses and parasites harmful to man. The real issue is the dust so on outside jobs I put the product in the pressure washer tank and thoroughly wet it down. Once adequately sanitised it can go in a normal skip ( usually as a mixed load with all my other junk ).

I get mine direct from Killgerm but I have an account and hence discounted  ;)
