Once we know the substrate we can advice

For instance we had a Torc demo to remove a product from bricks - the bricks were too soft and the Torc would have severely damaged them if we had continued.

Stonehealth and Jamie's company are both good - we only chose Stonehealth because they deliver next day - so far always :D

Removing effloressence.

We have tried various solutions, and nothing, but nothing touched it. We had a demo of the Torc on it and it worked well.

The purchase of a machine would be a big decision, and would have to push that machine in the future, taking our business off in another direction.

The Doff would be to make a large cladding clean a lot simpler (poor water supply and minimal clean up required after), however, would a hot box achieve the same result with low pressure?

Depends , what is the soiling on the cladding is and the type of cladding ?

The cladding clean isn't the issue, the efflorescence is.
