Gardiners Roller
« on: April 11, 2015, 06:34:34 pm »
Hi , I've just bought a Hose Roller guide from Gardiners and added a medium supreme brush as well .

Anyone drilled into van to fit these . I know a majority of persons probably wouldn't like to do this .

Not sure weather to do a DIY job myself or get the paint shop type of persons to do it .
I'd imagine just drill holes and then make bigger .
?

Just check underneath and make sure its not hitting chassis or anything etc. Make a template and offer it up. Even drill up. Not hard. Doesn't need a brace just large washers

I would mark out the size of the hole drill out the corners and then tape some paper around the drill marks and cut out with a angle grinder, The paper will prevent the sparks from the angle grinder embedding in the pant work. Them paint with a primer and paint before  fitting.
