FAO Alex Gardiner

Hi Alex,

Tried calling the office on a few occasions, but the number is coming back as unrecognised.

Has it changed? if so could you post it here please. I'd like to speak to someone about water purification before making a purchase.

i had that happen to me on monday, i put an online order in but forgot something and didnt want to pay extra postage on a £4 part so was hoping it could be put in that afternoon, tried to ring them nothing but answerphone so sent an contact form in to them nothing, emailed Alex which he replied that he had passed my message onto the sales team and guess what nothing too!!
i recieved my order next day superfast as usual but if somone had been on the phone minuted after i ordered i could have added the bit i need!
on a good note the supreme soft is amazing ;D

The sales team did email you right back after I passed your message across (they copied me in). The email said that unfortunately your order had already been fulfilled and left us. The email also said that if you had left an answerphone message when you first called someone would have returned your call and would have probably been able to add the item before it left.

Perhaps there is an issue with your emails and the Office email address?

The phone lines are always so busy that we do encourage clients to leave a message as the messages are downloaded and checked regularly though the day.

nothing wrong at my end as im received customer emails etc no probs??

Hi Alex,

Managed to place an order today  :)

I dialled the right number yesterday around 4.40pm,  saved on my phone from previous contact and it said number not recognised.

Googled your company and clicked the number from your website and it said number not recognised. Tried yesterday and this morning.

I received an email from your office today and clicked the number in the email (same as 3 previous attempts) and it dialled straight through.

Just thought I'd let you know.

I have just dug out the email that they sent yesterday - it was only addressed to me, they had not copied you in on it! This would explain why you did not receive it  ???
