Managed to place an order today

I dialled the right number yesterday around 4.40pm, saved on my phone from previous contact and it said number not recognised.
Googled your company and clicked the number from your website and it said number not recognised. Tried yesterday and this morning.
I received an email from your office today and clicked the number in the email (same as 3 previous attempts) and it dialled straight through.
Just thought I'd let you know.
