So custy has emailed me asking to switch from 4wkly to 8 wkly , Would charge extra under the circumstances , I normally add 50% for 8wkly but it would feel a bit wrong in this case .
I don't think there is any point asking a question that you know the answer to. It's your custy if he was an arse you'd have sacked him. Simples :) Unless your looking for CIU brownie points :D

So i decided to hold the price and got email at 7:23 am this morning asking to resume a 4wkly cleaning schedule , So to all you dingbats  :P :P :P :P :P :P

Your customers are not your friends. You have a business relationship with them. You are not a charity and they cannot "sack" you as you are self employed. They can stop taking your service if they wish.


It gives a reputation that makes more work. They wont forget come Christmas
I charge enough that I don't need their charity at Christmas.
