ASKING QUESTIONS
« on: March 05, 2015, 04:03:19 pm »
fair enough I may have accidently not put much context in my previous locked post, it wasn't intentional I should have mentioned it was an aquatap I was talking about, however, I find being asked why I could not have phoned or emailed directly , quite rude and insulting really.

considering there are many,  many posts titled Alex Gardiner oand various other people, who I would imagine are quite easy to contact as well, however receive no such response from moderators

I chose the forum for I know it would be answered quickly in a medium that I truly liked using (cleanitup) also anyone else reading it (admittedly I should have added context) like smudger or the likes may have answered with what plyers they use.

I will of course take the advice and in future phone and email cutting my use of this forum significantly in the process

If everyone put a new thread up when they wanted to get in touch with a supplier/forum member this place would become unreadable.

Don't take it so personal.

Since it's the title of this post, can I ask you a question?

Why would you find this rude and insulting?

I think you must've led a very sheltered life if that somehow offended your sensitivities.

that's what it will be that darned sheltered life :-)

don't worry about it I probably took it the wrong way then, since the other two people above and yourself think so, law of averages says I probably took it wrongly.

I guess with anything written is really easy for anyone to read something any way they want influenced heavily by many factors like how they are feeling at the time.

I read "Can't you phone peter directly" as sounding a bit arsy, which now reading it back again probably want at all (should really think before sending an arsey response) (hope arsey isn't a swearword)  (is it even a word?)

so I do apologise ....I actually do agree with degeee

the number 23 has highlighted my explanation beautifully here as well with out meaning to I guess.

he has posted "Let it go let it go. Do doo doooo doo" which is a song, however, I cant think of the song! :-) so in my head the tune and melody probably sound quite a lot different from the actual intended song !

No, problems, Michael and I hope you get your aquatap sorted quickly.

And if you ever fancy some real insults, give us a visit at the off-topic area of the forum.  We'd love to see you there.

On another note. I find a pair of diagonal nose pliers get the pins out easy. Just grab the pins at an angle and lever them out.
  Pliers like these  :)
